      Crowfoot Max 1743L is a total outcross black red gene carrier he was sold in our 02 sale to Ole Farms where they discovered he carried the red gene.  We drew semen on him and used him abundantly in our red carrier program because of his superb phenotype and calving ease. So far in 2006 as this is written his average birth wt is 70 lbs, all the calves have come easily and are vigorous. We have some red calves that are 7/8 outcross so we look forward to them maturing.
